Alexandra Debow is a Gen-Z entrepreneur connecting the world. Born and raised in Hong Kong with a Canadian background, she is passionate about being the entrepreneurial cross-cultural bridge between Chinese and Western business.

She is a student at NYU Shanghai Data Science and Economics. She is Co-Founder of The Entrepre女ers Network and co-hosts The Entrepre女ers Podcast, Count Her In, and Kinda All Goods. She is the Founder of Entrepreneurs in Action: A community that brings together like-minded young entrepreneurs pursuing their passions in China  through events, start-up accelerators, an intern matching program, and a mentorship program. She is the Founder and CEO of Alive Vibe: the interactive virtual events platform connecting over 30,000 Gen Zs globally.  She is a Team Leader at Alibaba’s Global Digital Talent Lite Entrepreneurship Program, creating a Chinese-based borderless brand and pitched to top Alibaba investors.

Why did you wait before, and why are you not waiting anymore?

I was waiting because I thought I was too young and too inexperienced.

I know use my Gen-Z energy and perspective to my advantage to help fuel new ventures for the future that are focused on inclusive, sustainability, and good vibes!
