Victoria is the Venture & Partnership Lead for She Loves Tech (China), a global non-profit committed to closing the funding gap for female entrepreneurs in tech. She is also the Head of Growth at Atiom, a B2B mobile-first workplace solution, where she leads the company’s marketing, business development and CSR. As a communications professional, Victoria brings her experience working across non-profit, hospitality and tech sectors in Toronto, Hong Kong and Shanghai. She holds a BFA from York University, Toronto, Canada, and is currently pursuing a professional certificate in sustainability and development from the University of Michigan.

Why did you wait before, and why are you not waiting anymore?

Because careers have no gender! As a woman in tech, I long for the day when female entrepreneurship and gender lens investing are no longer considered niche topics. I am pleased to take part in a community like The Why Wait? Collective, to inspire more necessary discussions about female leadership, especially in the tech, startup and innovation space.
